let things fall into place

PRH was born of my desire to offer massage and energy work to women in all stages of life. I have found deep healing and a new appreciation for my own body, mind, and spirit through hands on healing modalities and I am passionate about passing this experience on to others. When I became a mother, I entered a new phase of deep struggle and healing. My experience of this very tender time of matrescence has given me new insights into how body work can be such a powerful experience of healing for women. I am passionate about working with and holding space for women, young and old, mothers and those who have never had children. We are all walking through life together and I love providing a space that feels like a deep pause. Within the pause, things can reorder and fall into place physically, mentally, and emotionally. This poem by Sheree Bliss Tilsley deeply resonates with my practice:

A Medicine Woman’s Prayer—

I will not rescue you

For you are not powerless

I will not fix you

For you are not broken

I will not heal you

For I see you in your wholeness

I will walk with you

Through your darkness

As you remember

Your light

If health is truly perceived, we discover that it is never lost.

If health is truly perceived, we discover that it is never lost.
